Teen Mom 2 waste of space Jenelle Evans will appear in a North Carolina court Friday for a trial regarding her assault case. Short story? It's not looking good.
Evans was charged with assault in March after she was involved in a fight over Kieffer Delp. Although calling it a fight doesn't really do it justice.
She absolutely beat up this girl. Britany Truett got punished.
“We have the fight case for a simple assault. We are going to trial and no plea offers have been given,” Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan, said.
“There would not be a plea offer that we would accept except a dismissal. She is simply going to go in front of a judge and get her options."
"Jenelle Evans is not facing jail time, because she has not been charged with probation violations and there have been no convictions yet.”
Just one month after she wrecked Truett's face, Evans got 12 months of probation and community service for a drug paraphernalia charge.
The MTV star then completed a stint in a Malibu rehab treatment center, which was great, but she has since violated her probation twice.
Testing positive for marijuana and opiates will do that.
However, Sullivan is confident that the 19-year-old MTV train wreck won’t have any problems in court on Friday. “She is testing clean,” he said.
Give it a couple of weeks, though. Be patient.
