Kim Kardashian's marriage to Kris Humphries is the wedding of the year -- for celebrities on this side of the pond, anyway! The 30-year-old bride-to-be has such an enormous collection of friends that she was reportedly forced to un-invite 50 people at the last minute, after the fire marshal said the venue would be too crowded. So which famous pals did make the cut?
Demi Lovato is one. The "Skyscraper" singer has revealed that she'll be attending the Saturday festivities -- on her 19th birthday! "I'm so excited," she gushed in an interview from the red carpet of Sunday's Do Something Awards. "It actually falls on my birthday, so it's gonna be my birthday, and I get to spend it at Kim's wedding." And, while Demi insists Saturday will be all about Kim, she does say that Kardashian will be attending her birthday party, "so maybe she'll get me (a gift) then." Watch the interview below.
Other stars who made the 500-person guest list, according to Us Weekly, include Kelly Osbourne, Nicole Richie, Keeping Up with the Kardashians producer Ryan Seacrest, tennis champions Venus and Serena Williams, and Kim's best friend La La Vazquez (whom she hung out with earlier this week). While Kelly Ripa had to decline her invite, fellow chat-show host Kathie Lee Gifford will be attending (and has blabbed that guests are being required to stick to a strict dress code of black and white).
As for the movers and shakers behind the wedding, dress designer Vera Wang and first-dance choreographer Mark Ballas (of Dancing with the Stars fame) may in attendance -- but American Idol fan favorite Pia Toscano, who was invited to perform, won't be.
Perez Hilton is reporting an even more A-list guest list. His source claims that invites were sent to Justin Bieber (and by extension, Selena Gomez), Kanye West, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, and even Beyonce! Of course, the source didn't confirm that the invitees were actually attending -- but if they are, Kardashian's wedding special on E! just got a lot more exciting.
Kim certainly has a lot of friends -- but who's attending on behalf of her groom? Answer: his entire basketball team! The New Jersey Nets have been granted special permission to attend the ceremony during the NBA lockout. Think one of them will catch the bouquet?
