Working hard to get every last detail in order before their baby's arrival, a source close to Victoria Beckham has revealed just how the super-busy star readied herself for newborn Harper!
Like any mommy-to-be, the 37-year-old became increasingly anxious as her due date came closer, as the insider told People, "She was saying, 'I just want her to get here and want to be holding her in my arms ? not in my belly,' noting that "She had not been all that tired until the end, when it is just so hard to be active so pregnant."
After Harper's healthy July 10 welcoming, Victoria and hubby David were filled with elation, as the source told, "She was so excited and really just ready for the baby. She [had] been working really hard to get as much done as possible before Harper's arrival. She was unsure of how she would manage time and schedule after [Harper] arrived."
Also getting in on the pre-baby preparations were the Beckham's three sons - Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz - who couldn't wait to meet their new baby sis, as the insider dished, "The boys, who are all so sweet and a really caring and very well-mannered bunch, are all old enough to really know what was about to happen. The kids seemed happy but they are such boys. [It] will be interesting to see how they take care of their little sister," the source explained.
